Remote Administrative Assistant Role – INFUSE

You will:

– Provide administrative assistance.
– Research vendors and suppliers.
– Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
– Coordinate travel plan adjustments, such as contacting airlines, making online changes, confirming rates, and checking baggage policies.
– Gather, organize, summarize, and analyse various data from the web, phone calls, and social media.
– Draft letters, emails, instructions, guides, inquiries, and claims.
– Assist the Manager with various tasks.

Requirements:

– Fluent in both English and Russian.
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
– Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and precision.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Capable of handling confidential information discreetly.

Terms:

– Working hours 9AM – 6PM with 1 hour lunch break in EST time zone;
